Device for management and monitoring of assets transported by container.

In partnership with Phi Innovations, we received the challenge from Samsung SDS do Brasil to replace an electronic padlock used to block the improper opening of containers with high-cost goods manufactured by the brand. The padlock used until then broke when the container was moved and stacked in the ports, as it was loose around the lock, easily crashing into other containers.

We have developed an ultra resistant Housing in ABS+PC+20%GF, IP67 sealing and magnetic fixing. The electronic system was developed by Phi Innovations within the dimensional limits assigned by our project. We chose a system of capacitive keys, sensitive to touch, thus contributing to an effective sealing against water.

Smart Answer enables monitoring of Samsung assets across seas and ports and assists in the security of transported goods.
